The big announcements for Women’s Wrestling Revolution’s upcoming show ‘The Show Must Go On’ on August 20th keep coming.
It was announced last week that Mae Young Classic alternate Deonna Purrazzo would go one on one against Netflix’s GLOW Star and former TNA Knockout/WWE Superstar Awesome Kong at Women’s Wrestling Revolution’s next show “The Show Must Go On” on August 20th at the Aurora in Providence, Rhode Island.
They followed it up yesterday with the announcement that Priscilla Kelly would be defending the SHINE Nova Championship at “The Show Must Go On” in what will be her first ever defense of her newly won title that she won in a two night tournament during SHINE 43 & 44 in Ybor City, Florida last month.
They also announced that independent wrestler Terra Calaway would be making her debut and that The Twisted Sisters; Holidead and Thunder Rosa would be making their returns to WWR after making an impressive debut at WWR’s Identity Crisis show back in March that saw them lose via a roll-up, but get the last laugh on the team of Davienne and Mistress Belmont.
Thunder Rosa and Holidead are collectively known as The Twisted Sisters and currently hold the Sabotage Tag Team Titles, and we’re the first female tag team to hold the NWA International Tag team Titles.
Women’s Wrestling Revolution presents “The Show Must Go On” on August 20th at the Aurora in Providence, Rhode Island. Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday August 4th.
